Who we are
The Sisters For Life Wellness Expo was created to celebrate and empower women who serve as the backbone of families, communities, businesses, and organizations. Women continue to make significant contributions as business owners, activists, political leaders, educators, professionals, and community advocates.
While there are many events hosted throughout the city, very few focus specifically on the overall health and wellness of women. We aim to change that. This expo highlights, educates, and empowers women to embrace healthier lifestyles in mind, body, and spirit.

The Sisters For Life Wellness Expo is a day filled with education, inspiration, entertainment, and community engagement. Attendees include entrepreneurs, employees, elected officials, students, homemakers, and community leaders — women from every walk of life.
Their dedication and impact deserve to be recognized. This expo exists to do exactly that: to give women a space where they are seen, celebrated, and equipped to live healthier, stronger lives.
About the organizer
Nspire U! is a Mobile, Alabama-based organization founded by Candace Houston. Its mission is to empower women through education, community programming, and access to wellness resources.
The Sisters For Life Health & Wellness Expo is one of Nspire U!'s flagship events — built from the ground up to serve women in the Gulf Coast region. Every detail of the expo, from the speakers to the free screenings to the vendor floor, is organized and led by the Nspire U! team.
