The exhibitor kit covers show hours, load-in and load-out times, booth specifications, parking, electrical and wifi ordering, freight delivery, and the Mobile Convention Center's facility rules. Read it before you arrive.

Advance-rate deadline for booth supplies and electrical orders: Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this date are charged the higher floor rate.

Day-of logistics

Load-in, load-out, and booth setup

Show hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center, 1 South Water Street, Mobile, Alabama 36602.

Booth specifications

Standard 10'×10' booths include 8' pipe and drape at the back, 3' pipe and drape on each side, one 8'×24" topped and skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Tabletop booths include the same table, chairs, and wastebasket without drape.

Parking

$15 per vehicle per day. Enter the service drive from the north end of the building, just past the train tracks, then take the first right. Attendants will direct you to unload.

Electricity & wifi

Order electrical service in advance through Regions Arena to avoid floor pricing. Single-day wifi is $14.99 per device — connect to the Convention WiFi network and enter a card at the splash page.

Open 6:00–9:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, in the Exhibit Hall. Last-minute orders — including power — can be placed there, at floor rates.

Facility rules

What the venue requires

  • A valid business or peddler's license and current Alabama sales tax number is required for any direct selling from the show floor.
  • No outside food or beverages. Food sampling must be a direct part of your business and approved in advance through the venue's Hospitality/Catering team.
  • Balloons are not permitted anywhere in the building, in any capacity.
  • Nothing may be displayed higher than the 8' backdrop drape without prior approval. No canopies or tents in booth areas.
  • Signs and banners must be freestanding or floor-type. Hanging anything from the ceiling, walls, or drape requires approval from the Mobile Convention Center tech department and a $50 fee per item.
  • Storage is available for a fee: $25 per small box per day, $50 per medium box or cart per day, $75 per large box, cart, or pallet per day.
  • The Arthur R. Outlaw Convention Center is a non-smoking facility, and helium balloons and adhesive-back decals are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Advance freight shipments will not be accepted before Friday, August 7, 2026. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.
