Motivational speakers
Dr. Roneisha Randall Young is an empowerment speaker, author, educator, and Vice President – Community Manager for JPMorgan Chase. As the visionary behind BEthat! LLC, she helps youth, women, and professionals Thrive, Hope, Affirm, and Transcend through leadership development, coaching, mentorship, and motivational speaking. Known for her engaging and transformational presentations, Dr. Randall Young speaks on personal growth, leadership, faith, wellness, and empowerment. In her role at JPMorgan Chase, she cultivates strategic partnerships and advances initiatives that promote economic opportunity, financial health, and community well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations from Florida A&M University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She is the author of The Power of BEthat! and has been featured on Star 94.5, WKMG News 6, Orlando Voyager Magazine, Mind Blowing Magazine, and The Sisaundra Show on Afro TV.
Holli Burden is a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who currently works for TeamHealth Organization, serving the geriatric population of five nursing homes in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Prior to that, she served as Chief Nurse Practitioner for the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of Alabama. She received her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Bishop State Community College in 1999, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mobile in 2007, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011, and a Post Graduate Certificate from the University of South Alabama as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022. She is the founder of the iSurvived Project and the clinical owner of Be Well Clinic of Mobile, LLC. Her future aspirations include expansion of Be Well Clinic of Mobile LLC, continued empowerment of women through the iSurvived Project, and authorship of her first book, to be released in late 2026.
